Every agent plays its part. I write the score.

I run a team of specialised AI agents for research, design, build, QA and UX review. I set the goal, they work through it, and it comes back to me when a decision matters. At Alaska Airlines, working this way turned UI work planned for three sprints into a build in under a day.

Each block is a task: a report, a quote, a reminder. Stack them without leaving gaps. Then let the agent play: it weighs every possible placement in a fraction of a millisecond. Designing how that kind of speed meets human judgment is my work.

Four steps, the same on every project. The mess comes in on one side; something simple comes out the other.

Research

Go to the people. Shadow the work where it happens and find the real problem: where time and trust are lost.

About · Design philosophy

Bold in the thinking. Simple in the using.

I trained as an architect in the United States, where a building has to be beautiful and it also has to stand. I design software the same way: bold in the ideas, quiet and simple in the experience.

Over ten years I've brought that to airlines, fintech, travel and civic tech.

I'm at my best inside complex, high-stakes systems: many tools, many roles, and work that can't afford mistakes. I make them calm. I work across American and West African contexts, in English and French.

Awalé · play a round against Korka

The West African strategy game I grew up with. You win by sowing in the right place at the right time. It was optimisation all along.

  1. Pick a pit on your side, the bottom row. Its seeds are sown one by one into the next pits, counter-clockwise. Then Korka plays.
  2. Capture on Korka's side. If your last seed lands in one of Korka's pits and makes 2 or 3, you take them, plus any 2s or 3s just before it.
  3. First to 25 seeds wins.
